How it Works:

Nilotinib works by blocking the activity of the BCR-ABL fusion protein (formed by the Philadelphia chromosome), which is responsible for the uncontrolled growth of leukemia cells. By inhibiting this protein, nilotinib helps to stop or slow the growth of cancerous cells.

Dosage:

• The typical dosage for CML is 300 mg twice daily (600 mg total per day). However, the exact dosage will depend on individual factors and your healthcare provider's prescription.
• Nilotinib should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour before a meal.

Sorafenat 200mg Tablet belongs to the anti-cancer group of medicines.
